Cancellation, Rescheduling and Missed Appointment Policy: When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Therefore, we require at least 24 hours (one business day, M-F) prior notice for cancellations or scheduling changes.

·       There is no charge for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with more than 24 hours (one business day, M-F) notice before your scheduled visit.

​

·       For cancellations made less than 24 hours (one business day, M-F) before your scheduled appointment and missed appointments without notice (no-shows), your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. This fee is non-refundable.
